We meticulously screen and interview all our candidates to ensure that they meet both our clients' requirements as well as those of Serveris Inc. We pay particular attention to our candidates' oral and written communication skills as well as their technical proficiency (should it be required).

Recruitment Process
  • Initial Consultation:
    We meet with our clients to discuss and understand their needs and requirements.

  • Recruitment Process:
    The actual search for the right candidate begins. We begin our own initial interview period.

  • Hiring Process:
    The interview process led by our clients and the integration of the successful candidate.

  • Monitoring & Probation Period:
    Standard 3 month monitoring & probation period. In some cases, shorter or longer periods of time may be required.

  • Post Recruitment Follow-up:
    Post Recruitment evaluation and progress report.
